$7,900 inc GST For Properties over $360,000 & below $600,000
$8,900 inc GST For Properties over $600,000 & below $1 Million
$18,900 inc GST For Properties over $1,000,000
$28,900 inc GST For Properties over $2,000,000

(2) The LISTING FEE enables us to maintain LOW FLAT SELLING FEES (the commission at settlement), a Standard Listing Fee for all properties of $750 applies payable when the listing contract is signed. Note this fee is non refundable.
This payment covers the 6X4 Sign board installation, digital photography up to 50 photo's, plus resizing and up loading approximately 20 of the best photos and maintained for the sale period onto 8 web sites including; real estate.com.au, reiwa.com.au, domain.com.au, homehound.com.au
